Fitness Pilates, tone and sculpt, stretching, hiking, swimming, water aerobics.Massage Extra fee for massage treatments offered at spas and resort, and/or in room massages.Pilates 1-2 Pilates mat classes daily, unless excursions require too much time on a particular day . Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles, increasing flexibility and balance. Practice adjustable to students individual needs.Spa Treatments Depends on the facility, but everything from facials, to wat-su, spas, steam etc...availableYoga Hatha - gentle Hatha yoga. Gyrokinesis (r) combination of Kundalini yoga and Qi Gong, flowing, restorative movements.
